Vote by Div 3 and Div 4 clubs as to whether these should count to final league table positions. - Proposed rules changes: None were submitted by clubs
A number of minor procedural rule changes are being proposed by the executive committee as previously discussed. Proposal to vote on these electronically between AGM and start of season. - Agree date of the April 2025 League Meeting to collect balls.
Suggested date: 23rd April at Westcott CC - Announcements
i) The need for clubs to place their 2025 ball orders before March 9th by email to Alan Pickering.
ii) The need for clubs to update their info on PlayCricket (“About us” page, officers’ contact details etc); and esp. to ensure their named Safeguarding officers are fully trained and have DBS clearance. Clubs will not be allowed league entry for 2026 without this.
The AGM will be followed by the Awarding of trophies for the 2024 season.
